Assisting private lenders protecting balance sheet, assessing funding appetite, determining facility terms, developing financial models to correctly price the risk exposure whilst meeting investors’ return hurdle and overseeing the facility management till completion, for loan amount predominantly between $2 million to $50 million.
Assisting equity property funds completing independent due diligence and standalone information memorandum.
